    Excellent little property in great quiet location. Ideal for Wembley with 10 minute walk to Ickenham station and half hour tube ride, a big bonus is we were travelling the opposite way to most of those leaving Wembley after the show. Some excellent rural and canal walks nearby. Accommodation tidy and well equipped, parking easy on the road nearby. Easy booking and good communication. We would certainly stay again.

    Choice of breakfast cereals was good and there was milk in the mini fridge in the room which was very much appreciated. The location was very clean. The location was quiet and I slept very well. The host, Leon, was very pleasant, informative and helpful.

    The location is perfect if you want to stop somewhere reasonably priced within walking distance of the underground for trips to London or if driving for Heathrow Airport. Breakfast is not officially supplied but there is a small fridge and microwave in each room plus some complimentary cereals and porridge as well as the more usual tea and coffee. A pint of fresh milk and bottle of water also supplied. Place was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfy. Local shops and restaurants meant that it was easy to get food in the evening.

    Friendly welcome by Peter, super bed and breakfast, fuss free, very clean, and comfortable. Nice clean bed linen. Really appreciated the thoughtful items of fresh milk, generous tea and coffee supplies. Fridge and microwave available in room along with crockery, knife, fork, spoon and bottle opener! Separate Private Bathroom spotlessly clean. Plenty of very hot water.
