Great property finished to a high standard, everything you need, all modern and clean, kids loved the pull out sofa bed! Lovely courtyard to the back of the property, ideally situated close to bar and an Italian restaurant, the portal and couple mins walk from river gate, the hosts before during and after went above and beyond, couldn’t have been any friendlier or any more accommodating, thanks for a lovely stay

    Margaret the owner was absolutely amazing from the minute we arrived. Very friendly and welcoming. The place was absolutely spotless and we felt we had to take our shoes off walking up the stairs with how clean it was. Room was very clean and decor was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Was definitely a home away from home. Will definitely be visiting again. (Oh and may I add) Margaret cooked us a fry up on the Sunday morning which again was spot on food was very delicious!!

    Host wasvery helpful when needing to drop in luggage prior to our check in. Room was spotless and very comfortable bed. Facilities were very clean. Close to centre.

    Had continental breakfast: homemade fruit salad, fruit juice, croissants, yoghurt, toast and fresh ground coffee. Cereals available. This made a great refreshing start to the day and was plenty for us. Cooked breakfast available on request. Bed super comfortable. Bedroom/en suite spotlessly clean & tidy. Location very convenient to town and access routes. Very quiet location with access to Eglington Park. Very relaxed atmosphere. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Great value.
