Everythong. Whole house was at our disposal, living, kitchen, bedrooms, bath, a small backyard with table and chairs. All what needed in kitchen, nice furniture and a warm atmosphere in house. The location is close to supermarket, to restaurants, coffee houses, to bus station and to parc. Beautiful walking aria are close.

The locality of the Hotel was superb, within walking distance of the centre of town with it’s many restaurants, hotels, shops and activity centres. We walked to the Mt Snowdon railway to catch the diesel train up the mountain and back. We also visited the large Slate Museum, well worth visiting with its displays and historical information. Also within easy walking distance were the lakes with the kayak and boating activities, the Lakeside railway, Castle Ruins and many lovely walks to waterfalls, and forest paths to beautiful mountain scenery. Another place well worth visiting and very close by, is the Quarry Hospital with its displays of early medical history of the Slate Mine injuries and medical staff and much of the equipment used last century. Also beautiful views from the hospital entrance looking back over the lake to Llanberis. In regard to the Hostel itself, they have a restaurant that provides good meals and service. The owner, manager and staff were very welcoming, helpful and enjoyed having conversations with the customers

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this charming B&B. Nestled in the heart of nature, it was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Although we left very early, the hosts kindly prepared a delicious continental breakfast for us, which was greatly appreciated. The house features a cozy kitchen area and a lovely living room where you can unwind and soak in the tranquil surroundings. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, but the staff handled it graciously. While waiting, we enjoyed a cup of tea and had a delightful chat with one of the friendly ladies working there, which made us feel right at home. We were genuinely sad to leave but are already looking forward to our return, for one of the retreats. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene escape.

The apartment was equipped with a wide range of breakfast options, including tea and coffee, variety pack cereals, granola and muesli, sliced bread and jams. The location was to die for! The property is along a farm track with sweeping views from the window across the fields to the Menai Strait and Anglesey. Every evening we enjoyed a beautiful sunset across the sea. There were splendid country walks all around and access to Caernarfon and other popular tourist destinations.

Self catering facilities included a dishwasher with a modern electric cooker. This was only built this February, discreetly pointing away from the main building onto quiet open fields. The tasteful modern decor and furnishings had a colour scheme throughout. We were quickly able to get out to many good places in Llyn peninsula, Anglesey and Snowdonia within 30 to 45 minutes. The proximity to the recently built Caernarfon bypass helped here. 4 days was just not enough. We met the owners. The dialogue on directions was helpful because the position on the map was slightly inaccurate.

The property is so comfortable and very cozy, the garden is beautiful you have 3 spots to choose where to seat to enjoy a drink, the fresh air and the peace. It’s a max of an hour (but majority around 40 minutes) to drive to the beach, cliffs, entertainment (like zip world), The Snowdon Mountain Railway, walks around lakes, castles and much more!! And last but not least what it makes the property even more lovely are the very kind owners Glyn & Eleri, they were unbelievable amazing and helpful! they took very good care of us all, we are very grateful for that!

Location was perfect and room was spotless. Small problem with double bed which required to be 2 singles sorted promptly - thank you. Room was very clean and comfortable. Although on third floor we were opposite an easily accessible fire escape. Lovely breakfasts.

very clean rooms and extremely helpful staff especially Darren who was more than happy to go out his way to help. they have a big common area where we could all play cards and have a drink which was separate from the rooms so no noise could be heard late night. Also do a very good pizza and a pint at the restaurant downstairs for pretty cheap. I haven’t got anything bad to say about this hostel and would highly recommend to anyone. the location is also perfect for climbing snowdon.

We picked this property for its location as a base for walking up Snowdon. It was ideal being only a few hundred yards from the start of the Llanberis path. It is also very close to the lakeside with plenty of grassy space to walk our dog. The house was warm and comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were very comfy and the whole place was spotless.
