Before travelling to the apartment, we received notice from the owner explaining how to get there. Although we didn't meet in person, we felt welcome already. The arrival was as expected and the apartment was very clean and comfy. Especially the deep pile carpet was pleasant to walk on. The kitchen came with all appliances and we cooked both dinner as an all English breakfast ourselves. A convenience store was conveniently just around the corner. The evening before visiting the Harry Potter studio by foot, we watched one of the films upping the anticipation.

Lovely annex at the end of the garden, very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds .the hosts are very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to provide lightweight bedding as the temperature was in the 30's, set up the sofa bed for us and provided a fan. We had a small DIY breakfast provided, with achoice of toast, cereal or croissants, tea and coffee in the cupboards along with a selection of jams. What a great little venue.

    Love the location as it is near friends and family. For those without friends and family in the area, it is in a village with very good access to the nearby historic city of St Albans. A 15 minute bus journey from the end of the Road will get you there. The shared kitchen is great as is having clothes washing facilities. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a smart TV, and lovely waterfall shower. This has been my third visit and I look forward to my fourth.

    This fantastic place is perfect for me and my partner to visit our respective families who both live close to the location. It is clean with some great mod cons, smart TV iron, fridge, own sink to wash up, large wardrobe, desk with chair, shared kitchen and laundry facilities, decent sized bathroom with waterfall shower. Everything is so easy. Nat was so helpful to us facilitating an earlier arrival. Fabulous, thank you

    Comfy bed and quiet location, close to a nice park ideally for someone early bird like me that enjoy a morning walk and evening walk as well!. Nice bathroom and big mirror on the wardrobe, the room was a good size. The interaction with a landlord was easy and detailed.
