Kevin was the perfect host. He made sure everything was alright. The bed was really really comfortable, the room was very cozy. Kevin left coffee, tea and biscuits. The price-quality relation is really good. Breakfast was also very good.

Greeted at checkin and found our host to be lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The room was well appointed. spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, cooked beautifully and well presented. The whole site is well appointed and worth a visit. Thank you for the fresh berries and yoghurt. They were perfect.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts, who couldn't do enough for you. The place was very well fitted out to a high standard. They had thought of everything, including providing a wide range of hot drinks for you to make with the facilities provided, which included a Nespresso machine. The decor, carpets and curtains looked brand new and were lovely. The bathroom was perfect and there were toiletries provided. The breakfast was very generous and delicious, and included plenty of fresh fruit. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was good.

Lovely neighbourhood for our evening walks. We also met other dog walkers, truly friendly neighbours. I felt so welcome. We travel lots (Newark Castle, Cathedral, and Christmas shopping in the old town square) Coming back to a lovely comfy bed was a blessing

Fantastic find in Nottingham. Quiet location, beautifully kitted out. Property has plenty of space and is furnished to a high standard. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Free parking. Host had brilliant communication.

    Great location for a wedding at the mill at hoveringham bit far to walk so got a taxi 5 mins drive to the venue. Spotlessly clean house and room with very clean comfortable bed with massive on suite bath and shower again all very clean. Great host Perry very welcoming on arrival and breakfast was great full English was very nice. We have no dietary requirements but was asked on arrival regardless. Would definitely stay again.

    Good location and parking, converted farm buildings in sheltered courtyard setting, rooms spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable with toiletries, plenty of towels and well serviced. Great breakfast good choice and cooked fresh to order very personal service by the owner, overall a great experience highly recommended, will come back again.

    Lovely comfortable room, very clean, had everything you wanted in the room ie tea/coffee facilities, super shower, TV etc. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Easy to park outside in a great location with country walks on the doorstep.

    We loved the friendly staff, they made us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed the rural location yet only a short drive to Nottingham. We come from rural New Zealand so enjoyed being out of the city. The dining was great with both indoor and outdoor options. Fantastic home-cooked meals . Room was very clean. Great stopover if you are wanting to avoid the city.
