A comfortable, self contained apartment located in a great location for all of Paignton's attractions. The apartment was thoughtfully furnished with a wide variety of amenities for any family. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely look to book here again if we come back. 100% recommend.

I had a great stay here! The room was super clean, comfy and even bigger than expected. The guesthouse is really close to the city centre and just a short walk from the beach :) Olga is an absolute angel, thanks for being so lovely and helping me with my massive bagpack! The owner was lovely, kind and helpful, a real pleasure to have conversation with! The accommodation is just a few minutes on foot from the seafront, the harbour and the town center. The ensuite room was extremely cozy, tidy and clean, the bed was super-comfortable, everything was absolutely spotless. The outside space was super-relaxing, ideal for leisure activities. The kitchenette had everything for a delightful breakfast and more. There were also plenty of useful leaflets and brochures about local activities and attractions. The Continental breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The breakfast basket was a pleasant surprise and it was proof of Andrea's care and attention towards her guests!

The Haleklani retreat is set high up amidst beautiful green countryside with panoramic views from all the windows overlooking the sea. I loved looking at the boats out on the water. I saw an owl swooping by one early morning. The lawns Leading down from the terrace were immaculately cared for as was the entire house. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated with original art and sculptures and big healthy tropical plants. The house was warm and immaculately clean and beautifully organised . I loved the freestanding white bath in the spacious new bathroom also overlooking the sea. There were quality soaps and shampoo and conditioner, thick cotton towels. Every comfort was thoughtfully provided. The bedroom had a fresh coffee maker and kettle and a range of teas. Anne provided filtered fresh water and milk which was kept fresh in the mini fridge. The bed was deeply comfortable with plush pillows. The house had a hush and peaceful ambiance with soothing background music and lighting. The breakfast was abundant and beautifully cooked and good quality with attention to details with sprigs of parsley on the butter. It was lovely to sit and feast overlooking the sloping lawn and big sky and sea. I loved relaxing in the lounge area and worked happily for hours on my websites with Anne offering me cups of tea and coffee. I was warm and snug on the winters days that I stayed and it was glorious when the sun shone in. If you’re wanting peace and harmony and comfort- this is the place to stay.

What a fabulous experience! It was one of these rare occasions when a 10 is not enough, the best Bed and Breakfast we stayed in over 2 months around the British Isles! Great price, ideal location and the epitome of hospitality. The owners made sure to take care of every detail: clean and functional rooms; good taste and elegance everywhere; generous welcoming treats in the room to make you feel at home; really home-made breakfast in a cosy environment and with abundance of very good quality, healthy and traditional tastes.
