Very friendly staff. We arrived very early from the night boat to Harwich and they very gracefully fixed us an excellent breakfast. Beautiful room, good food and drinks. Dedham is a very beautiful location and we went for wonderful walks.

The room was huge and the bathroom spectacular. All of the staff were extremely polite and responsive from the moment we checked in and were helped with our bags. The food was great and the location in the heart of Dedham Vale stunningly beautiful.

Booked the weekend for my partners birthday, she loved it! Really cute and peaceful location. Really cool being able to interact with the animals on site….the Alpacas and Goats were my favourite haha. The tiny home was well equipped and everything was easy to use, the hot tube topped the weekend off! Definitely recommend and would 100% come again.

    It is very clean with plenty of hot water and good facilities throughout, although we didn’t need to use the cooker. The wi-fi worked well as did the tv and the property contained everything we could ever need. The owner was very helpful and always on hand to assist us.
