The place is absolutely beautiful. Immaculate throughout and the owners couldn't do enough for us. The bed is so comfy we both slept like a baby. Such a quiet and peaceful location. We 100% recommend this gorgeous place, we will definitely be back... in fact... we are already planning our next trip. 👌

Fantastic location, lovely, friendly hosts. Amazing full English breakfast! Probably one of the best I’ve had (and I’ve been about). The apartment was lovely and comfortable, especially the bed, as it’s situated surrounded by countryside, it’s so peaceful at night no road noice etc.

Diane and Jonny were fantastic hosts and provided a very unique and enjoyable experience for our group. A welcome basket of crisps, biscuits, soft drinks, and even fresh milk was provided upon arrival, along with a hand-written card which was all a lovely touch and made for a great welcome. The flat is smack bang in the middle of the high street so a very convenient location but also very quiet so we weren't disturbed by any noise. The flat smelt lovely throughout, had all the amenities listed and was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was also lovely and warm, and the house was very spacious but cosy. We only booked to stay for a couple of nights which was definitely not enough time as the flat had so much to offer, but we could easily see ourselves spending a whole week there in the summer!

Good attention to detail stood out on arrival. Items such as tea, coffee, milk and a few biscuits were most welcome. The selection of appliances was good and easy to use. The location was excellent, both for my work for the week across the North East of Wales and being only a short walk from the middle of Mold.

    This is a fantastic place to stay. Just the sound of the birds and bees. Location is amazing. The Shepherds hut has everything and more. Hosts are really lovely and friendly. Teddy is pretty amazing too. Would 100% recommend to stay here.

    Quiet location Returning home from our second stay at Matty's Place. Had a lovely relaxing break and the weather was a bonus. Lovely thought arriving to a welcome pack with plenty of goodies. Great to have an enclosed garden so that the dogs were safe. Will definitely be returning to this lovely holiday home! Thank you Sandra and Andrew for another lovely stay x
