The room was very clean and well put together, and we appreciated the complementary drinks. The location of the hotel, while an approximately 25 minute walk from the train station, was close to the best parts of Southampton. Breakfast was top notch. We stayed in around 8 hotels in this England trip, and this one had one of the best menus for breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel before our cruise and it was the perfect way to start our vacation. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved how charming and trendy the hotel decor was, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

So friendly, beautiful people, location is gorgeous. The facilities are fantastic and so clean. There is plenty of space between each Belltent. The kitchen area is filled with everything you could need. Barbecue area in front of each belltent and a picnic table. The belltents are very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable (far better than the one we had in a hotel the night before. We are staying for a few more nights next week and really looking forward to exploring the beautiful park.

A great location for exploring the New Forest, sitting just at the very edge of the national park, provides easy access within a short driving distance. The Hosts Shelly and Colin gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, making sure we had everything we needed and were very accommodating and all round lovely people, nothing being too much trouble. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a relaxed and warm atmosphere. Fantastic value for money and we hope to come back again one day.

    Stayed here for three nights for work. The apartment was clean, fresh, and comfortable. Great location for work and for nice evening walks in the nearby country park and beach.

    Very clean and tidy, good shower, plenty of towels, good location and parking just outside. Co-op just around the corner and plenty of food outlets within walking distance. Quiet at night so we had good nights sleep.
