Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Comfortable, clean and unbelievable value for money. The place is amazing. Wet room, decent sized bedroom, lovely lounge and loads of ways to stay warm with a lovely faux log fire in the lounge. Lovely host too who despite about to go out, sorted out a missing bulb in one of the lamps! I've booked to stay there again so proof that I love it!!

A wonderful place to dine and rest your weary head. The staff were warm and welcoming, and were sure to help us settle into our room for the night. A beautifully decorated room and really comfortable for our young family of 4. The food was delicious! Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful decor, very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed, loved all the little touches such as the items in the fridge - milk, orange juice, water, chocolate brownie! The shower gel smelt beautiful, stunning bathroom and really good shower. The bed was really comfy slept very well! Absolutely loved the private terrace we had through our patio doors it was beautiful to sit out and relax and leads down to the bar. We will definitely be back, one of the nicest places I’ve stayed locally!

This was my first ever stay in off grid accommodation and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The shower was amazing and the caravan was cosy especially when the heater had been on for a while. The location was beautiful and I would never have gotten bored of waking up to seeing the sunrise over the hills every morning. I would stay here again without thinking twice.

    Lovely modern property, super cozy, clean and comfortable. The area is nice a quiet amazing location, easy to commute and drive. Shop just across the road and the owner is super lovely and ensured we had everything we needed and didn’t hesitate to answer any of our questions. Amazing get away from the city.

    The property is in a good location for walking trails. Has pretty much all the facilities you would need for a short break. Great communication from Darren. Easy check in with key lock box.

    Lovely accommodation and deceptively spacious. Lovely kitchen area and plenty of room to dine in. Perfect for the two of us and our dog. Ideally located for short drives in to the Peak District, Chatsworth Estate etc, and the Co-op opposite was really handy. Very clean and tidy with a modern feel, very quiet and peaceful too. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return in the future.

    The accommodation was brilliant. Great location for exploring the Peaks and walks. Co op across the road. Very clean and spacious. Toasty warm heating system. Beautifully decorated. The little courtyard garden was an added bonus especially if you're bringing your pooch along as we did. One tiny detail....We would have loved a lamp in the lounge area to put on in the evening, rather than having the bright spotlights on.

    Very clean and comfortable, very quiet although situated by a main road we couldn't hear the traffic from the property. Very quick heating system we certainly wasn't cold. Well situated for getting into the peak District would recommend to anyone. Good local pubs to go to Nags head literally 3 doors down for a great drinking experience and the peacock at cutthorpe for an outstanding meal.

    Whilst id thought we'd be in a rural location (my fault for not checking), ii turned out to be a bonus to be so close to Holmebrook Valley Country Park. So yes, we were so close by to many rural hiking venues. The place was clean, modern, quiet and very private. We valued the enclosed small courtyard garden, especially with two small dogs. We'd recommend Chatsworth Stables without hesitation.
