    Great location, ideal for a bit of rest and relaxation. Sat by the pond when the weather allowed and got the bus into Rye for food and drink. There was a pub next door too. The bed was very comfortable, had a great nights sleep.

    The owners were very welcoming and friendly whilst their property was spotless. With a comfortable double bed, quality Egyptian cotton towels and everything we needed in the kitchen, we were very impressed with the inventory. With 3 pubs and a good supermarket in the village, it was an ideal base for exploring East Sussex gardens, Great Dixter and Perch Hill.

    Perfect get away, great location short distance from rye,less than 10 minutes drive. Clean, everything there that you need for a short break. We were lucky with the weather so was able to sit outside just taking the environment,
