They out of their way to accommodate an early check in as we were at an early wedding. The room was spacious, extra clean and very comfortable. A lovely old building with an amazing countryside view. A lovely cooked English breakfast to wake up to (especially the sausage)! Would recommend to all ages.

This was a lovely place to stay. The bed was very comfortable with lovely fluffy pillows. There was everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. There was tea,coffee,water and even cans of drink and cake and biscuit. I would highly recommend a stay for anyone. We certainly will be staying again.

Just fabulous, we moved across from the smaller one bed into the very modern and beautiful larger accommodation. To be honest I think we both decided we could have happily lived there. The properly secure field out the back is fantastic for the two dogs, and the agility centre made me very jealous compared to where we train in France.

We had a fabulous stay here. The annex is comfortable, well equipped, quiet but only a few minutes walk from the town centre and almost opposite the rear entrance to Ayscoughfee Hall (well worth a visit - free). We arrived on a cold day and were really pleased to find the heating had been left on and the annex was toasty warm. Mike and Judy were fantastic hosts, friendly, helpful and offered lots of local information. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend staying here.

    It's nestled in a perfect quiet location. The host was great. The accommodation was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay there again if we get work in that area again. In my honest opinion, I think your under pricing yourself for a new full renovated property, to high standards.

    Stunning location. Peace and quiet, surrounded by fields and a nice little walk to stretch legs before heading onto the next location. Very clean and all super high standard. Tea and coffee and plenty of food to pick from for continental breakfast. Friendly host who left us alone but said to let him know if needed anything. I can’t rate this place high enough absolutely superb would not hesitate to recommend and come back if back in the area. Many thanks

    I felt very cared for. The host encouraged me to ring him for directions, told me exactly where to go, and was waiting at the end of the driveway with a torch. He made me very welcome, showed me where everything was. The fridge and cupboard were well stocked with snacks, fruit, cereal, and plenty if tea and coffee. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, very spacious and comfortable. Exceptional value for money.
