Extra effort was made by the host to make the property really cosy and welcoming. Christmas decorations and fairy lights added a really lovely touch. The host was really friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful rooms with a really comfortable bed, and fluffy pillows so had a great sleep. Love the pantry that you can pick up a few snacks for your room in the evening. And I would recommend getting your breakfast included as it was delicious and had such a good selection.

    It was very nice and clean, the place looks newly renovated and stylish. Mario was also very helpful when we accidentally forgot an item. Very affordable and ideal for short stays, I'll definitely be coming again.

    Location was good between Southwick and Portslade and had a nice view outside window (as was in attic bedrooms). View of the train line to Fishersgate and Southwick Football Club. Very clean guest house too and good bathrooms. Also host kept in contact and made effort to show us around as I was late in to the evening checking in.

    Room 4 at Clifton House is very spacious, with a view over the garden and free wifi. It was comfy and spotless with a great shower (wet room). The mini fridge was an unexpected bonus. Checking in and out was simple and quick. The location was very convenient for visiting family nearby.
