We had a very good time staying at Woodshed with a wonderful view from the windows for five nights. There were lots to see around there. We enjoyed watching various birds and lovely spring flowers. Shannon and Jack were so kind and helpful to us. We'd like to come back again.

Absolutely amazing little place. The little chalets out the back of the pub are so cute & comfortable!!! Had a really amazing & romantic stay. The power outage and the use of candles & the fire in the pub added to the romantic atmosphere!!! The shower is amazing with the choice of rainfall or regular head. The bed is super comfy. Love the little outdoor area that you can sit and have a drink or order food to your room. It was a bit cold for us to do that but was nice to have a private little area to sit. As it is a cricket themed pub, very much enjoyed all the cricket memorabilia and golf statues outside every room!! We had breakfast in the pub the next morning!! Either continental or hot breakfast menu choices. We went the full English & Vege breakfasts which were yummy!!! Again fire was going so it was lovely sitting by the fire to eat our breakfast before having to return to reality!!!

A beautiful house in quiet picturesque surroundings. Nigel greeted me on arrival and took my breakfast order while giving welcome advice about nearby restaurants for my evening meal. My room at the top of the house was warm, cosy, clean and spacious. Lovely aspect over looking the lawn and garden from my window. Snacks tea facilities and water present. Evidence of recycling in action. Loads of warm water for great shower. Information book about area, history and facilities was great reading. Breakfast excellent. Coffee perfect sitting in bay window with sun streaming in and a local pheasant outside the window. Lovely break.

Relaxing stay in a quiet location on a country estate outside Petersfield. The town centre and shops are a short drive away. The accommodation was warm in winter weather and heating levels can be adjusted. The hosts were very helpful in making sure that everything was ready, even though the booking was made at short notice.

Being surrounded by fields and woodland, it was cosy, quiet, and very relaxing. The host was very welcoming and extremely helpful. The breakfast was lovely. We will definitely be staying again.

We were a large group coming from Ireland to attend a wedding close by, and this was the ideal place to stay. It’s a beautiful, English countryside pub/guest house, with a warm, cozy vibe. Headed by the friendly owner, the staff couldn’t do enough for us all. Highly recommend.

fantastic location, peaceful, great facilities, very tranquil, good use of sustainable products. The breakfast was amazing with excellent quality produce. The manager was very cheerful and welcoming. Great secure parking for motorcycles. Room which perfect, excellent shower and comfy bed.

    This hotel really is a hidden gem. It is exceptional. From the first to last minute of our stay, it was a joy. All the staff, so friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The qualuty and taste of the food, both, evening and breakfast delicious. The room a delight, very clean and very comfortable beds. The location tranquil, with lovely walks nearby. We would definitely visit again. This was exceptional value for money. Thank you to everyone at the Angel Hotel, you made our break a very happy one.

    Breakfast was lovely, a very picturesque location. The staff was lovely. The bedroom was very clean, as well as the bathroom. It was warm and the bed was nice and comfortable. The streets are quiet so there was no noise to keep you up.
