    Absolutely spot on! Fantastic location with private car park. Property provides everything which is essential to have great time with family or friends. Clean and modern look, electric cook, oven, dish washer etc. Bathtub in bedroom, very comfortable beds and sofa. Beach about 10 minutes away by car. Shop 3 minutes walking distance. Definitely would book again.

    Amazing property , spotlessly clean and had everything we needed . Very quiet and peaceful location despite being across the road from a pub ( we ate here a couple of nights too ) . Great Wi-Fi , the shower was spacious and powerful . Plenty of hanging space for clothes .

    Fantastic property, with a lovely welcome hamper, that was very much appreciated! Great location of 10 mins drive from North Yorkshire Water Park, where we were at an event, so ideal!
