Mark & Caz was very hospitable and the breakfast each morning was cooked fresh as you come down, and was very tasty, not cheap bacon / sausage etc. Driveway parking was really useful and the location is perfect for Old Shanklin Village or beach. Good choice on the breakfast menu. The coffee is excellent. Loved going to sleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Room was very clean, fresh and bright. Described as a budget room, excellent value. Location is great for exploring Shanklin old and new.
