Absolutely lush! I cannot recommend this place enough. Beautiful surroundings, so much wildlife to see and hear. Lovely and clean, hosts were very friendly and helpful. This is an absolutely perfect place to relax and unwind away from the busy hustle bustle of life. ❤️ We will definitely be back!

7 The Walks was full of character and was very comfortable. Really comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms, a large kitchen and large comfortable lounge.Very clean and well equipped, e.g. a proper washing-up cloth rather than the usual j-cloth! I loved the old-fashioned toilet with the pull chain which reminded me of my childhood at my grandmother’s house. I also loved the wonky floors and the first floor bedroom with the low beamed ceiling and the old wooden bed in it (very comfortable mattress). It was lovely to wake up in the morning with a ‘lost in time’ feeling. Parking wasn’t a problem. Two close lovely walks to the right and left.

The peaceful environment with amazing views of the countryside. Very spotless property lovely touch with the welcome pack on arrival. Great walks of the Orchard and beyond. Good safe & quiet location. Parking was not a problem for us as we were out in our car during restricted on street parking hours. Unit was clean and washer/dryer were very convenient. Kitchen had all that we needed for our 4 day stay. Lounge was very spacious. Photos are a good indication of the accommodation. Host was very keen to be helpful.

Lovely boutique hotel such a gem.of a find. Perfect location for Pantiles. Spotlessly clean room very comfortable bed and pillows. Townhouse is next to the main hotel but certainly worth the stay. Reception staff warm and welcoming. Calming feeling in lobby area with great space for quiet working. Bar staff a little scarce. Breakfast is a set menu, not a buffet style, which is great but took a while to get food assuming because all freshly cooked, which is fantastic but not if in a hurry. Allow plenty of time. Positives amazing hotel would highly recommend! Negatives hard to switch on shower and air conditioning needs instructions for remote. Not enough shampoo shower gel for 2 people sharing. All in all 10/10

We had such an awesome stay, everything was brilliant from the staff, the facilities, the rooms, Comfort, you name it we loved it! We don't get much, if any time away from our 2 young kids, coupled with the fact it was my wife's birthday. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to an indulgence suite and it completely set the tone for the whole time we were there. I can't thank you guys enough for giving us exactly what we needed and more. Just fantastic

    Perfectly located for purpose of our trip, lots of parking, warm welcome, room was small (in roof space) but very cosy with everything we needed, very clean and warm. Evening restaurant food was very nice although slightly over priced, but the service by the staff was very pleasant and food arrived very promptly. Morning full breakfast was also very nice, hot and plentiful along with tea, coffee and juices, although no fruit, pastries or other non menu items provided.

    The location was good for what I needed, plenty of parking, couple of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy check out, clean room with appropriate size. Nicely decorated, super comfortable mattress, and quieter than expected from the reviews.

    The food was exceptional. One of the best Sunday roasts I've ever had. The room was very clean & tidy. All staff were fantastic. It's in a great location, & although next to a busy road, you can't hear the traffic once inside.

    The location was ideal for us as we wanted to visit Hever Castle and Sissinghurst. The room was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. We ate in the restaurant each evening and found the menu gave a good choice. Most of all and the reason we liked the Hand & Sceptre so much was the staff who were all very friendly, efficient and welcoming.
