This place is a gem of find for me. Cheiniz waited up late for me to arrive so she could show me around the accommodation which was great. My room was lovely. It had plenty of wardrobes with hangers, large mirror with power sockets underneath, a tv inside one of the wardrobes, sockets at the side of the bed and multi charger. You have use of the kitchen which has tea/coffee, cereals and milk in the fridge. Also the bathroom is very nice too, very clean. I will definitely be back again, thanks for lovely stay Cheiniz. X

The Heathrow South Apartments by Charles Hope, is phenomenal! I loved that it's situated right in the middle of the City Centre, and had all the major shops and restaurants around. It was a dream for my husband & I! The Apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to visiting again soon!

I recently spent an incredible week at this hotel, and I must say the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed, including a very comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, keeping the room in perfect condition throughout my stay. The hotel offered comfortable and well-maintained facilities, which made my stay very pleasant. While everything was excellent, I did miss having a small fridge in the room, which would have made the experience absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions while offering a quiet and relaxing environment to unwind. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Every detail was carefully thought out, making my stay an absolute pleasure. I would not hesitate to return and will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The location is perfect for some one travelling to tour London. The Ashford station and LIDL is nearby. I stayed for two days and the host is awesome. He never made me feel that I am away from home.

Character of the property which has been renovated to a high standard. Location is perfect..you can literally see Windsor Castle from the window. James, the host, is amazing and organised a wonderful dinner for us. Nothing was a problem. He ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

    Everything was just perfect. The hotel is just beautiful. The location was ideal for anyone who is visiting Thorpe Park, Legoland, Windsor, and close enough of you want to travel into London. 100% recommended. I will definitely be using this hotel whenever I go back to this area.

    A very clean and large room. The king size bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Parking was easy as the hotel car park has numerous spaces. The hotel location is ideal, situated in a quiet area and a five minute walk to Staines town centre or the Thames path walk.

    Good location in quiet residential street. Off road parking for two cars was a bonus. Very clean and well presented with all the amenities you would need. Welcome pack more than covered needs for first night/morning Video instructions for cooker, microwave and heating controls were an excellent idea getting rid of ‘trial and error’ for those vital areas.
