Situated in the pretty village of Kenn, the Ley Arms is a delightful pub and accommodation. The rooms are very comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated,and the outside blends in with the facade of the old pub. We ate in the pub every night and thoroughly enjoyed the food and great hospitality of the friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay in Exeter! The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully presented — it had everything we needed and felt like a real home away from home.     We loved everything about this place. An excellent place to unwind, the location was perfect, the accomodation was clean and tidy and the hot tub was ideal. Tricia goes above and beyond to make her guests welcome, a wonderful host. We will definitely be going back.

    The location was ideal for visiting the Dawlish coastline. A 20 min walk to the train station and the ferry so we caught the the train along the coast line hoping on and off at different locations. ther are two local pubs that do good food withing a 5 min walk from the accommodation and Trish our host was wvery welcoming. The hottub was a welcome bonus after a long day out site seeing.
