    It’s compact but well set up for the basics, very clean, and included a washing machine, which we really appreciated. Good location, easy walk to town centre, and right opposite the common, which was fabulous for walking.

    Lovely property and very clean and a lovely location next to a steam with French doors opening on to a seated area, we were lucky the sun was shining so we could sit out and enjoy the sunshine.

    The location was unexpected - very pretty and peaceful. The only potential disruption was the nearby railway line, but this was not a problem in the end, The trains were fairly frequent, but were just a 'whoosh' - not loud and not upsetting. The room was excellent p big bed, good bathroom, all very clean and well presented. Breakfast was excellent - good choice, good quality and served quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for a function at Aston Marina, but close enough to town, too. Rooms and general areas very clean.
