What a super place for a relaxing night away - we used the hot tub, chilled with a glass of wine. Didnt use wifi or turn the TV on ! the geese were lovely to watch am. Slept so well. Such a peaceful location.

It was perfect quite compact but very comfortable for two people, with great location, loved the little seating area at back of property, bed was comfortable and immaculately clean as were the towels, Appartment has everything washer, cooker fridge/freezer, tv WiFi, fan, throw overs hairdryer and much more! The welcome pack was the best we've ever had, milk, beer, wine, cereal, biscuits etc, The hosts rob & jade, are lovely nothing to much trouble very friendly, and obviously put a lot of hard work and thought into peoples needs while away on holiday, we were able to park our motorbike in enclosed yard which was a bonus over all an amazing little gem we will definitely be staying again

Property was clean and equipped with everything you would need for a stay away from home. Located not too far from Hornsea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again. Host was very welcoming. We loved the little bird feeder on the window upstairs… had little birds popping in for a feed early morning. Nice touch with fresh flowers downstairs.

I am a single mother and once every two months I take a trip with my friends as a break from reality . The house is beautiful , clean , everything you need is available . Spices , oil etc , we were very pleasantly surprised as we have not experienced this anywhere before .

    Everything - exactly what we needed for our 2 night stay. Place was spotless, kitchen, lounge bedroom and bathroom all very well appointed. Location was another reason for us picking it for our stay.

    Everything about this amazing property was 10/10 situated in a quite and peacfull location 10 min from supermarket 15 mins from the beech lovely views and not to mention great hospitality by the owner ted he made us feel very welcome and we will definitely be staying again in the future oh and look out for the progress pictures of the barn conversation cant belive ted built it all by him self top job ted thank you

    Beautiful cottage in fab surroundings. Great modern facilities and thoughtful welcome pack. Wifi worked really well. Deer and rabbits on the land. Good location for Beverley and for Yorkshire. Car advisable.
