We had a fabulous stay in this property. We were greeted by the compliment wine and small treats for our children. The apartment has all you need. Starting with coffee, washing machine and dishwasher capsules, as well as basic but just enough cooking facilities. The beds are comfy, and ACs in every room is much appreciated. The location is very central but away from the noise. Thanks to Louisa who went an extra mile to make our stay perfect. We had small requests, and she was very flexible and nice and the requests were met immediately. Thanks, I can definitely recommend this property.

Apart from the lovely surroundings of the apartment and the fact that it is very close to the beach what stands out is the obvious attention to details in the building and the room itself. The views from the room was breathtaking and the terrace absolutely perfect to sip your morning coffee. The rooms are fully equipped and with lovely details such as the lighting fixtures, wall design and small decorations that make the whole room feel more homely and not a generic hotel room. I was particularly impressed by the attention that was paid not only to the rooms but also the overall building - night time views even more so. You can expect great value for money here and enjoy your stay and the lovely aesthetic not only of Crete, but also the hotel itself.

The apartment is just exactly as the pictures portray it, Top Notch, and there is nothing more to add to it. Period . On a perfect location only 200m from the main road (10 minutes from Voulisma Beach) and 10 minutes walk to the city centre. In the morning the terrace is in the shade and in the evening with a slight breeze. The local grocery store is 3-4 minutes towards the centre, but also with a great bakery and coffee shop nearby too. However, I am lost for word how great of a host, and Human Being, Xanthi is. Xanthi added the 1 to the 10 raising the bar to an 11. Wholeheartedly recommending to everyone who visits Ag. Nikolaos to stay att this gem.

    I stayed in this apartment for a week with my family, the house was very clean. The owner was kind and always available. Upon our arrival she prepared a typical dish for us and during our stay she brought us croissants, Cretan cheese cakes and figs. She also recommended beaches, some small villages and restaurants that we really enjoyed. The apartment is in a convenient location to reach the center and a small beach on foot. The part of the house that I liked the most is the outside terrace, with a very comfortable sofa and a swing.

    The sea is very clean, and the view is beautiful. The location is perfect. The food was nice, and we never had a problem with it. The buffet restaurant looks nice and clean, working super fast and well. I need to mention that the desserts were really good.

    We highly recommend Floral City Apartments! We had a great time throughout our two-week vacation staying in the flat. We felt very at home! Everything one may possibly need is provided in the unit, including a big balcony, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, oven, cooktop, washing machine and consumables, etc. The flat is spotless and quite cosy. The town centre is only a two-minute walk away, making the location ideal. The fact that there is free parking in front of the flat was very significant to us. Eleni, thank you for being so kind!
