A hidden gem, found basically in the middle of the night (we were delayed in our journey)! We passed through Livanatai for just one night en route to Athens, and we chose Florakis because it looked comfortable, clean and lovely with its beautiful plants on its terrace. It was all that and more - the host was super-helpful, the location was very central and convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended!

This was our second time staying at this hotel during a trip to Loutra, and we’d happily come back again! One of the absolute highlights is the view — it’s honestly one of the best sea views we've ever had, and every room in the apartment has it, which is such a rare find. The location is super convenient, just a short 5-minute walk to the ferry to Loutra. There's also private parking, which makes things so much easier if you’re driving. You can book a rate with breakfast included, which we really appreciated - a nice way to start the day before heading out. And a big thank you to the lovely staff at reception — always friendly and welcoming!
