The staff is truly friendly. The breakfast is fine - comparing with a 4 star hotel in Crete, the one served by Sapphire is better. (salted and sweet dishes). A high appreciation for the coffee served. It is not the specific coffee at the machine as in majority hotels, it's prepared with quality coffee and milk. The location is new and spotless clean. If I come back one day, for sure I would choose again. More than this, if you want to visit the west beaches 🌊of Crete, Kissamos is a strategic point. The suite is equipped with enough tools for cooking.

Off season. Very nice and calm location. Sandy clean beach is 2 mininutes walk. 5minutes to supermarket and 12 minutes to the city center. Private parking. Very nice and generous host. We received great tips what not to miss around.Local olive oil, wine and raki from host to make the stay even more comfortable. Appartment is well equipped with big teras containing dining table and sofa :)

We really appreciated the central location in Kissamos — everything was just around the corner: grocery stores, restaurants, gyros places, pharmacies, and pastry shops. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed: a beach umbrella, lots of kitchenware, dishwashing liquid, and even a Jamie Oliver cookbook! All cleaning products were provided too — it was incredibly well-equipped and convenient

A brand new flat with high standard, fully equipped and very nicely decorated, in a modern and very comfortable way. For these reasons, it's one, if not the best I ever booked. And on top of it, our host was very friendly. It is also very well located and it's easy to park next to it. For a fair price.

Amazing hosts; very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed having chats with them, when we'd see them. Family-ran unit, which was comfortable and very clean. You can tell that they prioritised the guest's comfort when they were building it. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the patio, and just sitting there to relax at the end of the day. The location is also convenient (grocery store next door, only a few mins on foot to the nearest beach, tavernas, shops etc). We will stay here again, if we come back to Kissamos.
