The appartment is great for two people. It is cosy and very clean. It is located in residential aria and is quiet. Everything is as described and shown on pictures. All the staff and the owner were really nice and helpful. They even arranged earlier breakfast time for one day, only to serve kids who had to report for an exam at the uni!

Aillo Living Spaces has restored our faith for Ioannina stays! We had terrible experiences in the past and we were afraid it would not live up to our expectations (despite good reviews)!!! Let me tell you this place was impeccable! Clean, comfy and very responsive staff! We arrived very late and staff arranged a self check in for us and it was super easy to get in! We had a good night sleep, shower, coffee, basically everything that you need! We will definitely come again!

This is the most amazing place I've ever rented anywhere. Super central, 1 minute walk from the lake, 5 min walk from town and supermarkets. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and with both a large upstairs balcony and a patio terrace in front of the house. Sotiris was kind and very courteous through my stay, no matter the time of day. On a rainy day, he even produced an umbrella from the next door neighbors within minutes. A wonderful place, a wonderful stay and a very very gracious host. Thank you Sotiris!
