Beautiful family run accomodation in the heart of Kavos. Has a lovely outdoor area including swimming pool and restaurant. The host and her family were nothing but friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. We felt extremely welcome. The place is a street back from thr strip so removed from the hustle and bustle but only a 2 min walk if that's where you want to be. Surrounded by many beautiful restaurants (host recommended some amazing eats) and Kavos beach is a 2 min walk. Free parking if you have a car which is a bonus! There is a fridge in the apartment but no cooking facilities.

We spent 12 days at Anna Studios, and I can only recommend the place. The family-run accommodation was ideal for us. I travelled with my nearly adult children and we had plenty of space and privacy. The large, shaded terrace was a true oasis where we spent a lot of time. In front of it there is plenty of greenery and you can see the sea. The beautiful sandy beach is less than a minute’s walk away. A pleasant surprise was the included housekeeping — comfort like in a hotel. A parking space was available in front of the accommodation, which was great since we had a rental car. We had half-board at the taverna Vrachos (by Dimitris), run by the same family as the studios — the food was excellent, all homemade and from their own garden. Anna, Kostas and their sons made us feel like part of the family. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Firstly, I would like to sincerely thank our dear hosts for creating such a beautiful, cozy, comfortable and very safe place for relaxation💖🌹 Throughout our stay, we were surrounded by their care and attention and willingness to help in any situations / requests. The whole area of the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the quality/purity of the water in the pool is just excellent! There is an open veranda where the guests can play some board games and billiard, as well as a small playground for children. In the rooms, what is important: the balcony doors are equipped with a mosquito net, so no, even small insects, fly into the room. Room cleaning is daily. Excellent sound insulation - when the doors are closed, the sounds from the outside are barely audible. The hotel itself is located, though in the most party / youth place in Corfu, but still somewhat away from the main flow of cheerful youth, so no one bothers in the evenings or nights. There are many nice restaurants and small shops nearby. For those who are considering Kavos as a holiday destination, I sincerely recommend this place!😍

So I booked this property completely by accident...misread the name. I faced it with some trepidation as there were no reviews ( turns out there is an error with the spelling on the website , so reviews are not getting logged correctly)and was a non refundable booking even though I reported my error within 3hrs. Turns out it was the best mistake ever! I have only positive things to say about the owners ,Anthoula and Spiros, and my experience there. I wasnt treated like a guest but like a family member. I had my Mamma Mia and Big Fat Greek wedding experience in the space of a few days. There were midnight feasts ,with mandolin playing and lessons in greek dancing and a very irate neighbor telling us to shut the f up; A very sumptuous lunch under the orange trees prepared by Anthoula; fresh fruit and vegetables miraculously appearing on the terrace table overnight( courtesy of the fairy godmother that is Anthoula, picked fresh from their farm); invites to watch her sing in the local choir, and perform a traditional dance in the village. Taken out by Spiros on his boat for a memorable ocean adventure. Able to help out on the farm milking goats.The grandkids a pure delight to spend time with. Having only two apartments , the experience was intimate. I had lovely fellow guests and we felt like one big happy family. We're already planning the reunion. Clearly this may not be the experience everyone gets or wants....if you want some quiet solitude, in no way will you be coerced into socializing. I personally loved the warmth. More about the actual property. It is located in a quiet village, in a rural setting. The beach a 15minute walk away. The southern part of the island feels more authentic and untamed. The property has a well equipped kitchen, access to a washing machine and is very clean. Having a car helps to get around to visit some of the secluded beaches and eating spots.There is a bus that goes through the town to get to lefkimmi or corfu town.
