It’s a lovely property with beautiful pools on the beach. Excellent food and very well run. We are both cat lovers and appreciated that they looked after the local cats in a feeding station. We got very friendly with a multicoloured scrawny little kit we called Gypsy. Particular thanks to Sissi who sorted out an important parcel we had left in Athens very efficiently. Shout out too to Maria our lovely cleaner and Katerina in reception. The staff are all good but these three are particularly excellent. We wished we had stayed far longer

Apartment is in very convenient place, supermarkets, shop, cafe's nearby, some 20 minutes easy walk to the city center. Very convenient to drive to airport 10 min with no traffic. Everything was very clean. Host left us water and some snacks. We found parking easy just at the door of apartment. Patio is very nice :)

The exceptional service. You are never refused, they will constantly do their best to meet your needs and requests, and it's done with love and genuine care. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach and some restaurants and markets. In addition, the airport is about ten minutes away. In the hotel there is an excellent restaurant for dinner that also provides breakfast and lunch and aperitif in front of the pool. It's all new, modern and comfortable, including the gym. The nicest thing, which we highly recommend, is to take one of the rooms with a private pool. It's really a pool all to yourself that is part of the room beyond the terrace. Waking up and using the pool or doing it after breakfast or after the sea is wonderful. You can also call a taxi or rent a car through the reception and see other beauties of the island easily. The staff is kind and nice and the food is great as always in Greece.

The apartment is centrally located and ideal for two people. The spacious terrace was a great bonus, and the apartment had all the essential amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The private parking was extremely convenient, especially since finding a spot in Heraklion can be difficult. Andreas was very attentive and always responded promptly to our questions.

I have stayed in many villas all over the world including others in Crete and hands down I have never had a better experience. Katerina was an amazing host, also the fine details from having multiple brand new chargers for every device possible to fridge packed out with fruits, waters, food, juices and alcohol. Also cupboards full with breads, spreads, seasonings and so much more. On top of all this the quality of all the furnishings was outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a peaceful get away.
