This is a fabulous family run business in a quaint little fishing town. Facilities are excellent - rooms are spacious and spotless, the breakfast was great, the pool area is perfect. There are some great little tavernas in the area. The family can assist you to hire a car to explore the area. We loved it!

An absolutely magical stay at Ksenios, in the beautiful village of Pyrgi. From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like walking into a modern fairy tale—the past’s charm perfectly balanced with contemporary luxury. The space was spotless, the furniture and facilities demonstrating incredible attention to detail to create a perfect atmosphere akin to Alice in Wonderland with Greek traditional notes. The hosts, Anna and Vaggeli, were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel pampered and well looked-after. It was a privilege to be their first guests! Monika’s House is an absolute gem! A beautiful, cozy, and fully equipped home nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by mastic trees. It truly felt like a home away from home — everything you might need is there, including a fully stocked fridge and thoughtful touches throughout. We were warmly welcomed with traditional mastic and Greek treats, which made our stay even more special. After long days of exploring, swimming, and soaking up the sun, relaxing on the terrace with the soothing sound of cicadas was pure bliss. Monika was a fantastic host — incredibly kind and helpful, sharing great tips about must-see spots and tavernas serving the best seafood on the island. Loved staying at the house. It's spacious, welcoming and filled with lots of lovely artefacts. There's a nice courtyard behind so you can eat outside. It's in a quiet village close to the Mastichochoria villages, with a parking area near by (100m).

    Very nice place in a gorgeous location on one of the best beaches in Chios. It feels like u have ur own private beach as it is located in the most beautiful and quiet part. You are 2min walk to nice cafes and tavernas. The village is perfect for family holidays. The owners were very helpful and accommodating!

    The place was great. Big enough, very clean and close to the beach. The Komi beach too was great. Calm, beautiful sea and enough cafeterias to drink and eat. Will definitely come back again.

    Lily is a perfect place for staying in Komi. The apartment is very clean and new. Coffee machine, laundry machine, two televisions, huge bed… Everything is placed for you. Nicholas and his wife are super nice, kind and good. They are trying to do everything to keep you comfort and relax. The location is incredibly good. Almost 40 seconds by walking to go to beach. I strongly recommend Komi Bay and Lily Apartment. I hope we will be there again in next year.

    This is our second stay in this facility. Location is a huge plus, the house is a few meters away from the beach. Basic kitchen supplies, netflix and youtube tv, dishwasher, washing and dryer machine, refrigirator, bathroom supplies are present. Each room has it's AC. Beach and sea is clean with sand, usually not windy(must check before). There are lots of facilities for food in the perimeter. A small market is present nearby for basic daily needs. Car parking won't be a problem.

    We really loved this apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and property in a great location by the beach. The owners son Costa was very welcoming and also met his warm kind parents. You can not fault this accommodation in any way. So many welcome thoughtful things provided to make your stay enjoyable. If we return to beautiful Chios this would be our base in the South. Thank you for making our holiday.
