It was my favorite accomodation in Crete so far, the room is big! The host is really nice and helpful and the bed is incredible, I had my best nights! The pool is also really nice and you can almost see the sunset from there!

An exceptional hotel, beautiful, spacious room, very clean and everything impeccable. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and sea view so we also had a beautiful view. Quality breakfast, with various options and very tasty. Very good location, in 5 minutes walk you can reach the port, the center anywhere. We could park the car on the street without any problems and it is free. Very friendly staff always. We had a car breakdown and the gentleman at the reception did everything he could to help us. I recommend the hotel and we will definitely stay again.

I like the design of the bunk bed. One excellent thing is that upper and lower bunk beds are quite independent. Very often, you would wake up because someone turns around or climb up or so, because beds are shaking. But I am amazed when I enjoyed a good night of sleep :D

I am delighted we chose the Arkadi Hotel for our stay. We were visiting Crete to celebrate my partner's birthday, so the very polite staff at reception noticed that and upgraded us to a better room with an amazing terrace view. Besides that on the actual date, we received a piece of cake up to our room. This is a remark about the hotel's values and understanding of true hospitality. Moreover, the hotel has a great interior and location. It felt boutique and Scandinavian, the room was clean and functionally well-designed and the breakfast was nice as well. I would definitely recommend and will probably visit again next summer.

    Great location, with good layout of the villa with fantastic views over the bay and to the incredible mountain range. Very good security with an electric entrance gate. The Villa was an easy 15 drive to Chania. The pool was very clean and had a nice deep end with 2.4 metres, (the diving board had been removed due to new rules). Very handy ice making fridge! Tap water was fine to drink.

    The property was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was cleaned every day. Ideal for a family as there were only a few apartments it felt like we had our own private pool. An ideal location to explore the ideal and the Chania region. Plenty of parking spaces for the hire car.

    If I could rate this place above 10 I would! Everything about this place was perfect! The owner was super helpfull and responded really fast. The cleaning that was weekly was spotless and the cleaner was super friendly and left us some treats after every cleaning! All and all I will definetly come back to this place and reccomend for everyone!:)
