The Villa looks over the most beautiful bay and is located in a lovely part of southern Paxos, with its own pool. Such a gorgeous location. We loved watching the boats come in and swimming in the nearby beaches too. The property was very comfortable for a family of 4, fully equipped to cook with air conditioning, wifi, bbq and outdoor seating. The host went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely go back.

    The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything in Lakka! The staff at the hotel were among the kindest and friendliest I have ever encountered, they were more than happy to help with my every request, and always greeted me with a warm smile! The room was spacious and very clean, and I loved the communal terrace that had the most gorgeous view! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    Quiet location. Absolutely spotlessly clean studio and grounds. Pool area was fantastic also. Everything you need for a stress free holiday. Kosta is a magnificent host. Always available. Both cleaning ladies work tirelessly to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout. Highly recommend a stay in Livadi studios.

    The location is ideal within a couple a minutes walk from the centre of Lakka, however it is a lovely quiet location. The pool and the apartment were spotless. The host Kostas went out of his way to help us and ensured our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

    The Location was perfect for the main Lakka restaurant/shopping areas and harbour. Konstantina was very welcoming and helpful in answering our questions. It was nice to have a separate bedroom from the living area. Very clean.
