We liked the apartment with direct access to the pool. The water was warm and very very clean. We also liked the apartment itself, the beds are confortable, the bathroom is spacious. We liked the options we had for breakfast (not included, 15 eur per person - order whatever and how much you want front their menu). We always found a parking spot even though the hotel was full. The hotel is in a quiet area, with a small supermarket and tavernas near by. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes on foot away from the beach. However since we rented a car we explored a lot so we didn't care that the hotel is not closer to the beach.

Nektarios is a fantastic host, he makes sure you feel welcome. I was welcomed with home-made lemonade and delicious fresh fruits and I received lots of help and support from him during my unfortunately very short stay. The room was very nice, spacious and the balcony had lovely seaview.

Stayed in villa Olive from 21/06/2024 to 05/07/2024, it has a big terrace with views of the mountains and the lovely pool. Vamos in the western part of Crete feels more authentic than the eastern part were we stayed previously. There are many restaurant's within a short stroll from the villa serving authentic Cretan food. Also beaches are very easy assessable within a 15 to 20 minute drive. A perfect choice to if your looking for a calm and relaxed location close to Chania. In a quiet village with a view of the valley this house had all the comforts we needed for our stay. The hosts are very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The house is right next to a traditional tavern that serves great food and the village has also a small cafe.
