We liked pretty much everything about the inside and the outside. The outside view is amazing, the terrace is nice and the village itself is interesting and it offers more great views on the see, city and the nearby mountains. We liked the style of the interior, there is every equipment which you need on a vacation. The place is nice and clean, the owner provided us coffee capsules and shampoo / shower gel. We were welcomed with delicioius traditional pastry. The owner was all the time available and ready to help us out with anything. He took us by car to the city when we were leaving. And he even gave us home made traditional pastry for our journey and Cretan suveniers. We were absolutely satisfied and I can only recommend you a stay there, because of the place itself and especially due to the approach of the owner.

Everything was great- the house, the outdoor area- the pools, the garden. The location is amazing- with a panoramic sea view and on the hill- which allows nice breeze in the evenings. We got a basket of fresh vegetables from the garden and some souvenirs and the end, and the owner was available to us with issue we had. Highly recommended!

We really loved this hotel. Everything was clean and very modern. The staff was absolutly great, always very friendly and helpful. We even got an upraded room which was absolutly stunning. Parking was easy, the staff parked the car for us in the parking garage. We loved the pool of the hotel, as well. Breakfast and dinner were also great. We can really recommend this hotel!

We stayed in room 507. I think its the best room since its got a private pool. Also the view from the room/pool is amazing. The staff is very helpful in making dinner reservations and taxi transfers. The food at the pool was also very good and the staff so friendly. We had the best time at this hotel and would definitely go back there. There are so many restaurants within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay, the room is very beautiful decorated plus stone and wood gives you a relaxing feeling. The terrace was all for ourselves!A big town square is around the corner with taverna and coffee shops. Easy to find parking space 100m away. Locals are leaving around and we took the vibe from them!

    The host was very attentive to our needs and communication was excellent throughout our week at the property. The villa was very clean and the facilities excellent. The villa is well equipped with everything you could need and they even provide you with some essentials in the fridge when you arrive. I will book again whenever I am back in Crete. I could not fault anything and neither could the rest of the 17 people in my party.

    We loved everything about our 2 weeks stay in the Kivotos villa. The villa was very clean, it's situated in a quite location, in a lovely green garden, with swimming pool cleaned every day and with exceptional view, the sunsets were just beautiful. Eva and Sakis were very helpful, made us feel wery welcomed and Eva's tasty treats were delicious.
