Brand new place, exceptionally clean and with sufficiently large parking. Host was one of the if not the nicest host we’ve had. There was a small issue sink which was fixed immediately and he even gave us sweets to make up for it. Exemplary property management.

The place is great for a family vacation and I highly recommend it. Outside it has a nice parking space. The inside was very clean. Clean towels and bed sheets for everyone. The beach and stores are close by. Friendly owners who always respond. It exceeded our expectations. For the price, it is definitely worth it.

We had a wonderful stay in Nea Peramos! The apartment was perfect – it had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, and it made our holiday even more enjoyable. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The apartment is very spacious and feels brand new, like a true luxury holiday home. Everything we needed was provided, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus. We especially loved the big terrace with its beautiful view — the perfect place to relax. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the beach. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we had an unforgettable experience here. Highly recommended !
