The apartment was the highest quality of all places we stayed in Crete and even in general when we traveled around the europe. There was everything we needed there and more. Everything looked new, modern, clean. The hosts were friendly. The view (mountains ahead) from enormous balcony was stunning and it was a pleasure to eat breakfasts or dinners there.

Super spacious and super clean. Excellent terrace and balcony outside. Way bigger than the photos even show it to be. Host was super lovely also. Would highly recommend you stay here. The property is bang in the middle of a small village and very close to matala and other beach’s. The village has lots of restaurants and bars and a square where there is some live music and offers a very local family vibe.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Irini's Apartment. Rena is the kindest woman I've ever met, and she makes the most delicious baklava and prickly pear jam in all of Greece. The apartment itself is exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-equipped. You can feel that Rena puts her heart into every detail, making it a truly wonderful place to spend time. It's a very peaceful location, and it's just a 5-minute drive to a beautiful beach.

    Super location in a Kretan village near tavernas and kaphenion. Very comfortable and clean equipped apartment. Very attentive and freindly host. Raki on the table for wellcome. Small pool for refreshing. Perfectly located in the middle of the village; quite location despite close to restaurants and bars. We felt extremly well.

    Beautiful house, nicely furnished with a lot of attention to the details. Spotless clean, everything was in perfect conditions. There is a washing machine in case you need and the kitchen is equipped with all you might need for cooking and living (including coffee, oil, sugar and some water). Zacharias welcomed us in person and left some fruits and things for breakfast, moreover we were gifted with their family raki and oil. Definitely the perfect spot to spend some days in the area with the warmest hospitality.

    Location was poor. Overlooking a concrete roof and a petrol station. Village not particularly attractive. But room itself very clean and tidy with some nice touches such as raki biscuits, etc..

    The hosts are great! The house is wonderful! It's fully equipped, even with a free washing machine. The shower, the bathroom, the bedroom and the living room are very clean and tastefully decorated. You might think that Petrokafali is a village where there is not much to do, but the area is fantastic, with many nice small villages to visit, to have a coffee or diner. Go there!
