Sapphire Horizon is a hidden gem in Kissamos and highly recommended for all types of holidays, whether as a couple or a family like us. It was the perfect base for us to visit the nearby top beaches such as Balos, Elafonisi, and Falassarna, and to enjoy dinner in Kissamos or at a nearby taverna in the evenings. What stood out most was the exceptionally friendly and service-oriented staff – true to the motto “small but excellent.” The breakfast was great, with something for everyone, and even snacks during the day were available. A clear 100% recommendation from us!

Spotlessly clean overlooking small plazza and the sea . The air conditioning was the quietest i ever heard . Nespresso machine . Not in physical centre of town but definitely in social centre but not noisy . Just outside door is one of the best restaurants in Crete Owner could not be nicer or more helpful

We had a wonderful stay! The host, George and his family, were very warm and welcoming. He gave us great tips for beaches and restaurants around. We stayed in a beautiful clean apartment; it had everything you need. The host offered us some of his organic wine, amazing olive, and delicious homemade raki. Great location, it’s very practical and close to the main town by foot. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the garden. Thank for a great experience!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying here for 3 nights, and I can honestly say it was one of the most peaceful and heartwarming experiences I've ever had. The place is run by Helen and Spiros, 2 incredible souls who make you feel instantly at home. Helen, originally from Sweden, is gentle, nurturing, and always attentive, like a true mama! Spiros, Greek and full of joy, is like a papa figure, always smiling and ready to share the best local tips. The accommodation itself is a cozy haven, beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and more! I was welcomed with fresh fruit, warm meals, refreshing drinks, and even beach gear that made my seaside days effortless and comfortable. The garden, lovingly cared for by Helen, is full of vibrant flowers, while Spiros tends to the vegetable patch... the fresh figs I had every morning were divine! The location is peaceful and ideal for exploring both popular beaches and hidden gems off the beaten path. The pool was a wonderful bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. I felt safe, calm, and truly cared for. It’s a rare privilege to discover such a lovely place, especially knowing they’ve only just started hosting this year ! Meeting Helen and Spiros was a gift in itself ♥️ I highly recommend this place. I’m already dreaming of coming back!

1. Сleanliness. It looks like we were the first guests on this villa, everything was very clean and new. 2. Comfort. We have everything we need, even for baby. 3. Magnificent view on olive forest and sea 4. BBQ zone is additional pleasure. 5. Pool with the water of 29 degrees comfortable gazebo, which was our favorite place for daytime sleeping 6. Modern furniture, equipment such as quality iron, automatically grill trochanter, lightening. 7. Territory with Olive Garden and colorful flowers, parking, pool zone & 2 terraces. 8. And of course, the Host and service! Giorgos was always on connect, gave us details for self-servise entrance, recommendations about restaurant, etc. We stayed there for 5 night, but they changed towels, bedclothes, cleaned house through 3 days. And every their visit the hosts left food and drinks for us. It was very pleasantly to taste local products. 9. About position: it’s better to have a car there to see beautiful beaches and go to the center or markets. Kissamos is nice, compact and quiet town. There is a beachside with restaurants.

    Great location, near some of the most amazing beaches in Crete, close to supermarkets, restaurants, farmacy, gas station etc. The host was kind to provide all that you could possibly need: cleaning supplies , toiletries, hanging dryer, ironing machine, medicines, table games...and so on. The smart TV was immediately a bonus for the kids. :)

    Great location with panoramic view overlooking Falasarna beach. The area is private, in the middle of olive tree fields. The balcony is great and the shower in the inner terrace was a nice surprise. Nicely decorated house. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. Good WiFi. Close by there are a lot of tavernas and in the village above there are supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy,etc.

    Spotless and beautifully designed through out. And outdoor space and jacuzzi was a wonderful surprise. Also really quite location. We slept so well. Bed was super comfy too. And the owners checked in as well to make sure everything was alright and we don’t need anything. Also very close to local restaurants and beach.

    Lovely and relaxing holiday spent in an amazing location nearby the most beautiful beach. The inside is like a museum and the yard in the night is amazing and very relaxing!!! The hoster was very nice and he welcomed us with traditional treats and with a big smile! I would stay there again for sure!

    We want to thank our host for the great hospitality. The vacation in the villa for us four was dreamlike. The location is very quiet with a beautiful view of the mountains. In the villa there is everything you need, everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and especially clean. The quick and friendly communication with the hostess should be emphasized. We highly recommend a stay at Villa Nemesis in any case.

    The house is very nicely decorated and very clean. The Airconditioning worked very well. The landlady is such a sweet lady. She brought us Fruits and baked us Greek pie’s and other wonderful Greek things. The garden is awesome. We sat there for breakfast. The location is awesome. It is situated very close to Falassarna Livadi Beach.

    A big comfortable house, very clean with a unique character and a great vibe! The host, Antonella made us feel like home , very friendly and warm, gave us a lot of recommendations and information and she was super helpful! Location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood which enabled us to relax and have a great sleep! Basic amenities in walking distance, many great locations easily and fast accessible by car and falassarna beach less than 5 minutes by car! We loved it! Difinetely coming back soon!!!
