The hotel is very good, very clean with a modern design. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms have a good size with amenities and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast with good variety. The hotel has parking garage. It's not in the old town but there is a bus stop next to the hotel that will take right to the old city Pile gate, buses are frequent and it's a 5 minute ride.

The appartments were spacious, modern and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The promenade are very beautiful, its only 5 minutes walk from the appartment. There are also supermarket downstairs, so it's convenient to shop. The bus station to old town is also just in front of the appartment.

Unbeatable location, beautiful room, fantastic view. When staying on the executive level, bonus happy hour with drinks and appies till 8:30 pm. Great staff all around. Also they allowed us to check in early (arpund 10 am), I guess subject to availability.

Excellent! Travelled to Dubrovnik in December with a colleague for business reasons. Booked two standard single rooms and a parking place. The hotel was easy to reach. At the front desk, the check in went smoothly and we were kindly offered upgraded rooms with a sea view, free of charge. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. A fair breakfast with different freshly made food. Excellent value for money. The car was in garage. The staff is very warm, communicative and ready to assist. Strongly recommended.

We actually stayed in the Royal Blue, because Neptun was closing due to season end. The room was amazing! Spectacular view. You can use the spa centre in the whole resort. Breakfast was good- lots of choices, although the scrambled eggs were a bit funny. The service and the staff is excellent!

He's the best host I've ever met while traveling! He's so kind and considerate. He even wrote a welcome note in Korean :) The location is right in front of the old town and the beautiful ocean. It was a wonderful trip. I highly recommend it.

The place is super clean and cozy. It looks like the owner cleans it as it is their own home with much care in details like all needed equipments to stay are here. I did not meet the owner in person but she seems super kind during our communication on WhatsApp she was always helpful and fast in response whenever I asked on something and even questions about the city and places she was glad to help. I asked to extend the check out time to get use of more hours in the city and she accepted immediately. Beside that, it's 5 minutes walking from the central park if you are coming by car, and 5 minutes walk from the old town. The view from the living room window was amazing BTW I would stay here again if I come back to Dubrovnik. And I would recommend this 10/10 place for all visitors

I booked this property only for the view. The location guarantee the best view in Dubrovnik, also close to the old town(5 mins walk). The view was amazing day&night, room was modern and clean, host was super nice and friendly.

    Everything was wonderful! Lydia and her daughter Fanny are very nice and hospitable. Lydia helped to navigate and advised places to visit. The apartment is very clean, renovated and has everything for a comfortable stay. The location is good, 15 minutes walk to Bellevue beach, in radius of 300m you will find grocery stores. It’s cheap to get to the city and the port of Gruz by taxi. We were satisfied with this place and recommend it to others.

    Amazing guesthouse would definitely stay again. The woman was so attentive and kind, let us in the apartment straightaway even though we were hours late. She also organised us our taxi back to the bus station which was very helpful and cheap! The apartment is very clean, great bathroom and location very close to the old town.
