    Central location and ambient of the facility are fantastic! It is simple, but satisfactory accommodation for couple of days, without any fuss. The caffe in the ground floor is great! It is convenient and free parking. The railway station is 15 min walking.

    High marks for staff / reception that helped with a special request ... wasn't a particularly big deal but gal in morning and gal in afternoon made the right decision and showed flexibility with taking care of a special request. It showed that those working with the guests (which isn't always the owner or manager) can do what's right even if it might be against the wishes of those 'higher up' in the operation. This alone was the reason for the higher rating.

    Nice hotel. Located right in the park. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Very clean. The only inconvenience is the lack of air conditioning in the room. I recommend!

    The room was quite small and the walls quite dirty from previous guests. The staff was friendly, and they did everything to accommodate us, but I think the location looks usually booked by traveling workers/contractors, so can't really impute anything on the staff.

    Dugo Selo is fantastic location if you want to stay close to Zagreb but avoid traffic jams and big city rush. Park Rooms are located at the edge of a lovely park of Dugo Selo. Rooms are extremely clean and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. All staff and owner are polite, accomodating and easy to deal with. I would absolutely recommend this place 😊
