Lovely small house which gives you a genuine feeling of privacy. Hospitable host - a native English speaker. If you travel from North, be aware that the ferry which is shown by Google Maps doesn't operate. However in one hundred meters there is a bridge which Google doesn't know about will help you to get to other bank of the river.

We enjoyed very much the special spirit of the house. We liked that the kitchen was fully equipped and we could have dinner together. Internet was very good. We liked the village, the restaurant nearby and the surroundings. We would like to come back again in the summer time.

The campsite is very clean and tidy, it has all the necessary amenities - a shared kitchen, very tidy shared showers and toilets. There is even a sauna in the area, small but brand new and very very hot! There is also a bar where you can buy drinks and even order food. We stayed in a glamping tent which had an extremely comfortable bed, mini fridge and kettle. And most importantly, the campsite is pet friendly as we have two dogs, one small and one large. Thanks to the wonderful staff for a great time!

The staff was amazing, they were very polite and always helpful. The food was excellent, tasty and plentiful. We also loved the small jacuzzi 😉 and even the (a bit short) swimming pool 😉.

Tiszatardos Vendégházak is a high-standard apartment. It was very clean and well-equipped. The kitchen was equipped with a kettle, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and all necessary cutlery and dishes. The bathroom was also very well-equipped, with a hairdryer, washing machine, disposable shower gels and shampoos, and towels for each guest. The bedrooms had large, comfortable beds. There's an outdoor jacuzzi and an campfire, but I don't know if it's allowed for guests to use. The apartment is located in a very quiet area of ​​a small town. The nearest larger supermarkets and restaurants are in Tokaj, 10 km away, or in nearby Tiszalök, but you have to take a ferry across the Tisza River to get there. Our host sent us clear and simple instructions on how to get to the apartment, but he didn't respond to messages and can only be reached by phone – he speaks English. I highly recommend Tiszatardos Vendégházak! :)
