Completely wonderful place, Irma and Pickles were true stars. It’s all in the details, the cleanliness and the amazing cooking of Irma - could happily have stayed for weeks. Maybe one day we will. The artwork, the mismatched china, the fireplace, the Keith Richard photos, the red bike outside! Loved it all! 🫶🏻

The accommodation is located ideally in the town. You are not disturbed by the activities of the bar/restaurant. The breakfast had so much to choose from, with amazing volume of food. Staff are easy going and very helpful. I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent location. Easy to find, near town centre. Homely feel to the house. The host made sure we had everything for our toddler and even left a cuddly bear as a present for him. We were able ti check in early using the key safe which meant wr could unpack and get settled very quickly. We immediately felt at home. We had a really great stay and would highly recommend to our friends and family. Thank you for all the little touches, including the toy and hamper.

Was passing through kenmare on friday 08th of sep 2023, and I said I'd look up accommodation just to see was there something within budget, and was delighted to see Failte Hostel open again as I hadn't being in kenmare for about three years. As I just flow with life now, and the price for three night so reasonable, I decided to book in for three nights. Lovely family run hostel and welcomed with a smile, stayed in sparkling clean 8 bed mixed dorm, spacious shared shower and bathroom facilities with were spotless, with beautiful warm running at all times of the day. Perfect Location just at the top of Hendry Street, If your like me and your looking for somewhere to just lay your head and shower as you go on your adventures around Kerry and West Cork your in an ideal location as a base. Hope this hostel gets all the support it deserves to continue trading in these times we're in, As a hostel is of huge importance in this central location for access to travelling around Kerry & West Cork. Enjoy Your Stay If You Decide To Book, & Have A Magical Time In The Beautiful Town That Is Kenmare✨

Facilities and views are superb. It is a wonderful balance of luxury and a relaxed vibe. The hotel is beautiful We enjoyed walking the trails along the coast and soaking in the outdoor hot tub overlooking the Ring of Kerry.
