We loved having a promenade right outside our door along the Irish Sea. We chose it as a place away from Dublin where we could recover from jet lag. It didn’t disappoint. We liked the laid back atmosphere of Wicklow and enjoyed walking and resting before starting our driving tour of the country.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and just a short walk to the pub down the street. The thought that the host put into the walking paths, lights, fencing, shower facilities, communal kitchen, everything was spectacular. We only wish that we could have stayed longer! Don't miss out on this place.

The hosts were so welcoming and kind as was their sweet dog. This is a remote location and absolutely breathtaking surroundings. The view from the property is stunning. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Also a wonderful surprise to be served a delicious, healthy breakfast with fresh fruit, homemade granola, muffins, scones, honey, jam, yogurt and coffee/tea!     A very comfortable place immersed in the quiet Irish countryside. Its location is ideal, very close (short drive) to all the key walking trails in the vicinity and other key sites. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, breakfast is absolutely delicious, (definitely ask for the porridge) and there are all the essential items you need in beautiful big rooms. Secure parking also available on site.

    The room was very clean, the host was friendly. Location is nice, just 25 minutes walk to Wicklow centre. Quiet location. Breakfast was nothing special, but the fried egg / scrambled eggs were nicely cooked. We slept very well in the nice bed.
