Elise was phenomenal! She was incredibly nice, spoke perfect English (we are American and needed all the help we could get!) and helped with all aspects of our stay, from planning breakfast, helping to arrange transportation, and making great recommendations for sight seeing and visit planning. Perfect for a quiet wellness vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options from fresh and dried fruits, cornflakes, pancakes and waffles. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Everything! Great location and easy to find. Good size. Never stayed anywhere with two shrines in the wall before. Everything you could possibly need is provided, all clean and tidy, even a (an?) hammock in the garden: a whole new experience for me! Soft but very supportive bed. Very attentive host.

Very good location for trips in the area (short distance to Lake Como, Bergamo, Milano). A car is recommended, though, as the location is a bit off the beaten track (really easy to reach by car, though and next train station accessible with a little walk). Being off the tourist crowds, however, is a huge benefit of the location. The small hotel has a really beautiful garden and is situated in a quiet surrounding in a pleasant local neighborhood. Inside the hotel is a true gem and the rooms are fantastic. The owner is extremely friendy and you can see pretty much from the first moment that you enter the premises that he has not only put in a lot of heart into his place, but that he loves to surpise you with little unexpected details (e.g. lots of tour books and other material on the surrounding areas in the lobby, nespresso coffee machine inside the room, really comfortable beds with pillow menu, more than enough storage room, electricity-powered curtains, luxurious bathroom, etc.).

    Location very good for a river walk and lake walk. Excellent communication about parking location, check in process, and entry procedures as unmanned on arrival. Very calm, quiet and spotlessly clean. Impressive modern fittings and decor in a spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was a very good cold buffet plus eggs cooked to order.

    it is a very beautiful and old location renovated to excellent standards, ideal for those who want to spend a few days in a quiet location, the staff is very kind and I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who I can say is an excellent host who he gets involved so that his guests feel as good as possible, informed about the locations , services and tourist attraction in the area.
