The owners are wonderful people. Helpful, open, smiling. The flat is beautifully decorated - with Moroccan accents. Being on a long trip it was a great convenience for me to have a washing machine in the flat. The breakfasts are very good. I will definitely be making tea at home like the one that was served in Loreto. The tea was do delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Everything completely renovated and spotlessly clean. An excellent bed and a kitchen with everything you could want if you wanted to prepare a meal. Breakfast excellent. You couldn’t want nicer. There is also free parking in a covered parking. All within walking distance of the beautiful historic centre of Recanati. Cinzia a charming and helpful hostess.

A very pleasant stay in a very good location with walking distance to the city center and the main attractions of Loreto. The apartment is very nice, clean and fully equipped. The owner was very friendly and met us on our arrival. We would like to stay here again.

The location in the heart of Montelupone is very convenient. There is an excellent restaurant in the building with a great selection of food and there are a lot of special events. We were at an artichoke vs. wine event, which was great and we could taste several dishes with local artichokes and local wine. Leonardo translated everything for us. Everybody was friendly and accommodating, we felt welcomed. Breakfast was amazing! A few parking spaces are in front of the building or outside of town walls not far away. The room is good size with beautiful views to the countryside.
