Check-in was a total breeze, and the room exceeded my expectations: it was spacious and spotlessly clean. The free parking was a huge bonus, saving me the hassle of finding and paying for a spot. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and varied options to start the day right. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the stunning scenery—I got to enjoy magnificent sunrises right from the property! What’s more, this area offers much better value for money than staying in Ortisei, and driving to Ortisei is super convenient. This homestay is a hidden gem, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Franz is a really friendly host! We booked spontaneously and got a lot of help over text messages with fast answers. The location is perfect and the rooms and beds are very comfy. We felt super welcome and our dog too! We loved that we could make ourselves coffee and tea and get some biscuits. We definitely recommend the stay at Casa di Franz and we would definitely come back.
