What a wonderful and authentic place! Quiet and clean. Ivana was a very welcoming and caring host and offered excellent regional food, much of it homemade, for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend eating at the agriturismo!

The personnel was so caring, so attentive and so professional! It really was a luxurious and perfect experience. They even ask for food intolerances at the beginning of your stay, so I had my first tummy-ache free non-lactose cappuccino ever in Italy. The restaurant was exceptional. The evening meal was truly delicious, for a perfect price. The location and pool are wonderful, everything is decorated so beautifully and classy, with respect to the classic environment. It was our best stay in the whole of Sicily, with an exceptional price-value quality. We will definitely be coming back, and we’re already fantasising about renting it with family and friends to celebrate our 5-year wedding anniversary in a few years.

The position in the center. Perfect hosts who helped us with everything. Beautiful newly renovated apartment in a beautiful Modica. Everything was nearby. Fully equipped kitchen. Sweet treat as s welcome. The apparent was also super clean.

What a magnificent view from this hotel!! The whole panorama of Modica before you - breathtaking both during the day and at night. Super helpful staff. I had booked a standard room but, on arrival, we were given the choice of our chosen room or an upgrade to a superior one at no extra cost. Naturally, we chose the upgrade and enjoyed a much larger room with sofa and chairs. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view from our balcony incredible and, from the hotel's dining room, an even better one, with its expanse of floor to ceiling windows. We were there in April so didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting and well laid out. Reception staff were helpful with restaurant suggestions and also booked a taxi for us to go to Scicli on one of the days. To get into Modica, we chose to walk down - and back again! A LOT of steps but it didn't take long at all. And there's also a very nice restaurant just a short walk from the hotel, along the same road (with the same stunning view). Only slight negative at the hotel, for me, was the aircon; we were there in early April and they don't switch on the cooling function until later in the month. With the minibar right next to the bed putting out some heat, I did find it pretty warm during the night and had to open the balcony door. Bonus of that was hearing owls calling to each other across the town! We would definitely recommend staying here for a truly memorable time.

    Stunning property! Such a peaceful location and atmosphere. Food is brilliant, we ate there every night. Very good value for money as well considering the level of service you get from the incredible staff. The perfect spot for exploring Noto, Ragusa, Modica and more (Ragusa was our favourite!)

    The staff were fantastic and really helpful & friendly. The kitchen also caters to gluten free. They have a fantastic breakfast with a GF basket. The place was very clean & the pool area was great too.

    Beautiful old farm, gives off a castle-like vibe. Location great to reach all the big sights in the region. Rooms are a bit dated and don’t have a lot of daylight, but well maintained and very clean. Staff is helpful and nice. Food at the restaurant is good, not amazing, but fine for a hotel and with decent prices. If you fancy something else, there are plenty of options in Modica at about a 20 minute car ride. We were very happy with out stay!
