The Villa was in my personal opinion in one of the best areas of Lake Como and we had such a lovely host! So kind. The resident dog stole my heart! The rooms were spotless & spacious with an amazing memory foam bed. There’s also a sun room where you eat breakfast which is lovely to read in. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked amazing, so much choice. Everything about this stay was perfect. Plenty of parking available but it is a tight, narrow road so you need to be a confident driver.

This wonderful private guesthouse is nestled in a serene village at the base of a mountain slope, offering clean air, convenient parking, and breathtaking views. The breakfast spread features a variety of options including meats, dairy products, pastries, and tea/coffee. While the room is compact, it's equipped with all the essentials. The beds are comfortable, and everything is impeccably clean. The shared bathroom with a shower, servicing three rooms, is spacious and comfortable. Fortunately, we had it all to ourselves, essentially giving us a private bathroom experience.

Everything. From the hosts (Francesca and her dad), everything went great and we felt so welcomed. The place was cleaned and ready before the check-in time. The apartment had everything we needed, and felt very homey and modern. Bellano is chill and not very touristy, so I recommend staying at Emma House. You can easily get everywhere using the train or ferry. Thank you, Francesca!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everyone enjoyed it. The hotel is new, well renovated. Manuela met us the day we arrived, put us up, gave us a map and told us about the main attractions, beaches, etc. We arrived by car, the large and convenient parking lot in front of the hotel is free. The hotel is located on a mountain, it was convenient to get there by car. I think it would be difficult to get there without a car. But the hotel has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. Price and quality of the hotel: 10 out of 10 points. Breakfast is tasty and adequate. The rooms are clean. The place is quiet, there is a lawn where children can play. There are 3 rooms in the hotel. Perfect for company and 100% for those traveling on motorcycles. We stayed in a 4 bed room on the second floor, 2 rooms, balcony, windows overlooking the mountains and Lake Como. Wifi was excellent. There was a spiral staircase leading up to our room, which was a bit difficult with a large suitcase. The room had a kettle, small fridge, tea and coffee. This was our second time at Lake Como, so we chose this hotel to be able to see Lake Como from both sides, and it worked. I am sure this hotel would be a pleasure to return to. We wish prosperity and success to the family that runs this hotel.

The room is quite large, very cosy and has everything that we needed. The house is a renovated stone house and it’s beautiful. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Andrea’s father was waiting for us at the nearby parking and showed us the house. He was very polite and welcoming. It was raining the next day of our stay so he suggested we take one of the umbrellas that he has. Dongo is not that touristic so the town wasn’t noisy and sleeping there was great. You can hear the italians going about their work in the morning which also adds to the romantic side of the trip. Also the fact that the house is made of stone and the town is situated in the mountain brings lower temperatures throughout the evening and that makes being there in the summer so much better.

What a fabulous house in an amazing location. The house has all gone comforts needed for any length of stay, whether you dine out, or in. Televisions, Alexa, Games, or chill in the garden with a bbq. You can walk to the shore of Lake Como in 10 minutes. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The scenery around the lake is spectacular. My friends and me loved our stay here, while touring around Europe on motorcycles. I would highly recommend this pace, and very reasonable price also for the quality of the house.

    Everything! Newly done, or at least everything looks in perfect condition. Everything is as in the photos given or better!! * Breakfast was lovely. * Amazing views of the lake and mountains. * Very clean, comfortable bed, towels and linen. * Free parking. (not easy to find free parking at Lake Como...) Lorenzo and his parents are very welcoming hosts.

    Spotless, convenient and modern apartment beautifully renovated. Well equipped with everything you need. Quiet location in a residential area with some chairs to sit outside. Quick and easy contact with the owner. 10 min walk to the lake.
