Very nice little place easy to find a few minutes drive from Campobasso and even less from a grocery store. Very quiet at night, safe parking on site. Very comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, large shower towels, kitchen complete of everything. Strong wi-fi. Very kind hostess (I had a problem with whatsapp and she was very patient)

Before arrival I was in dialogue with the owner because I was in doubt about payment. The owner was very helpful. When we arrived to the house we were greeted in the door by the owner. She showed us the house and its facilities and also mentioned nearby sights to see. Again very helpful and professional. The house is of a very high standard and kept clean and tidy. Breakfast is normally served from 8, but we had to leave early for work - no problem said the owner, when do you need to leave? 7.30-08.00 - no problem we will make sure breakfast is ready from 07.00. Furthermore, the breakfast was very good - warm croissants, cereal, cake, juice, jam, Nutella - basically all one needs to have a great start to the day. Checking out was also easy and payment with card is no problem. To sum it all up - Great place with great owners. It's definitely worth visiting if you are in that area.

Antica Taverna del Principe is a labor of love. The building is a historic tavern on the Napoli-Rome road, painstakingly renovated as far as possible and updated with for example vintage light switches, shower heads, faucets... It has a soul and breathes history. Breakfast was among the best Italian breakfasts I have had - with fresh croissants. Possibility for dinner as well.
