The property is based up in Certaldo Alto, and has the most beautiful views overlooking the countryside and up towards San Gimignano. Upstairs, they have a great little communal area! Very accommodating with bicycles. The stay doubles as a restaurant, which is high quality vegetarian/vegan, a gem in Tuscany. Thank you so much to Eric and Eleanora, you are gracious hosts.

Elisa and Alessandro were really lovely and were flexible in satisfying my late check-in request. The room was spacious, clean, and everything was comfortable and new. I liked the shared facilities for the breakfast too. The location is a great starting point to explore Certaldo alto, and the price was very fair.

The hosts were a pleasure to deal with, we were greeted by Roberta and her daughter upon arrival and they gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is a delight, great for 2 people and perfectly situated in the old village right next to the funicular. If we ever pass through again we'd love to come back!

The apartment is beautiful. The Kitchen is well organised very well-equipped. We arrived to participate on the festival Mercantia. It was a perfect choice. Far enough from the venue to be quiet if you need calm, but close enough to be in the center in 10 minutes by car.

    Comfortable, big enough, beautiful terrace with amazing Look, barbecue, all other stuff needed. Perfectly clean. Location is perfect. Outside of the town, so you can have privacy and peace, yet very close to Certaldo Alto and city centre to go to shopping, lunch, dinner... Ideal for daytrips to San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Florence, Siena... Perfect!

    Our entire stay was just perfect. The apartment is lovely, we especially loved sitting out on the terrace. Elisabetta our host could not have been nicer, she was so welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal as the train and Certaldo Alto are really accessible.

    The location is perfect for short trips throughout Tuscany. Perfect ammenities for long trips such as washing machine, dishwasher and a very complete kitchen. The pool was great for the hotter days and it has good sitting area. The house itself is comfortable and spacious, ideal for 2 couples for example.
