This was our best experience in the Tuscany trip. Viviana is a wonderful host. She cooked a dinner for us which we enjoyed together and had a nice talks. The breakfast was exceptional, included eggs from her chickens. We had a nice walk around her garden, visiting chickens and seeing saffron growing.

All of Peccioli's attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, which is ideal as there is so much to see! It was very comfortable and was usually a pleasant temperature without needing to switch on the air conditioning. Plenty of towels and a change of bed linen were provided which was appreciated. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests for information or help. The residents in the neighbouring apartments were friendly and after just a few days we started to feel quite at home!

Our stay at San Miniato - Terrazza Panoramica in Centro Storico was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, Walter, our amazing host, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. His lovely dad Roberto personally picked us up from the train station and Walter dropped us off when we left—something we never expected but deeply appreciated. Walter made himself available for transportation whenever needed, which was a level of hospitality we have rarely encountered. Walter’s local recommendations were spot on, leading us to some of the best restaurants in town. The apartment itself felt like a home away from home—fully stocked with an abundance of snacks, breakfast items, ingredients to cook lunch, and even treats and beverages, all free of charge. It was such a warm and welcoming touch! The apartment was immaculately clean, warm, and cosy, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. Having a washing machine on-site was an added convenience, especially for longer stays. And of course, the panoramic view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Walter’s kindness, generosity, and attention to detail truly made our stay exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting San Miniato. Thank you, Walter, for making our trip so special! We can’t wait to return!

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. Thanks Giorgio!

The most incredible hotel/utopia! Castelfalfi is like it’s own little village with a hotel in the middle, there’s a restaurant a short walk away, a wine bar, shops and pizza shop. In the main hotel there’s a restaurant, spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool, bar, kids club (provide lunch for the kids). It’s truly the most incredible property, there’s a winery and golf course with golf club nearby. The golf club have amazing food and the course itself my husband enjoyed playing! The kids club is a two story building full of interactive toys and staffed with caring educators, there is an outdoor playground where the kids play, you can use the kids club from 10am-7pm. They provided lunch for the girls each day and dinner at our request at 5pm. Our girls loved it. The most incredible service and the staff make this place. Shout out to Benjamin, Bradley, Gemma, Beatrice & Eliza & all the incredible housekeeping staff.
