This is a beautiful place with the most spacious rooms for the price. It's so stylish and the cleanliness is a perfect 10/10. The ceilings are 4-5 meters high, so the rooms never feel cramped. The whole complex is beautiful including long swimming pool that adds to the atmosphere

The apartment is newly furnished, perfectly clean, and within walking distance from the center of the towns of San Foca and Roca. Free parking is available on the street. Vanessa kindly welcomed us, explained everything, and recommended some favorite local restaurants and attractions. This accomodation also offers a small private terrace and a beach umbrella, which we really appreciated. Overall, 100% recommended!

Our stay was great! The place is nice, the cats are lovely (you can try your luck and invite them inside - one of them stayed over night and we were very happy with the situation). Valentina made sure everything went smoothly for us. The breakfast is great and ideal if you want to fuel up for the day. Thanks for the birthday surprise!

The place is extremely quiet because the Masseria is not located right next to the main road, so you will enjoy a restful sleep. The hosting family is incredibly lovely, they will do everything they can so you can get the most out of your stay. They provide useful information about the places and restaurants to visit in the region.

We loved everything about the property. The staff, the food, the bedroom, the garden. Everything was wonderful. Lorena is such a nice person, super helpful and welcoming. We had a beautiful suite with plenty of room. dinner was beautiful and on the house. Excellent service from all the staff. We had the spa to ourselves, lovely swimming pool. Lovely location in beautiful rural area but a short walk to a gorgeous beach. Close enough to Otranto to get there easily. Highly Recommend

    The location is stunning and peaceful. The hosts, two sisters who are from the area, were just lovely people that truly were the perfect hosts! The breakfast was incredible- fresh cheese and olive oil and tomatoes, freshly made pastries, homemade bread and jams. Cappuccinos were very tasty.
