Everything was great. Super fast check-in, easy parking and our room had all we needed. The bathroom was clean and bed was cozy. Highlight of this accommodation is the location and the terrace where breakfast is served. The views are just amazing. Also loved the breakfast itself. I´m still dreaming about their pistachio croissant with the cappuccino :-)

Lovely Apartment & Exceptional Host The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped — a perfect base for exploring Modica. Giorgia, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. She spoke English and provided us with useful local tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. She was always available for questions and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

This small elegant but casual hotel was perfect for our 5 day stay in lovely Modica. The views of Modica from our room, the breakfast room, and all areas of the hotel including the swimming pool and decks were spectacular. All staff were very friendly and helpful and contributed to our stay. The breakfast was very good and served in an airy room again with the same wonderful view. We would definitely recommend staying at the Atria overlooking Modica.
